Second Presbyterian Food Distribution

In 2023, our call became clear. Over the past few years, it has become apparent of the great need in our local community for a monthly food pantry. After many discussions and heartfelt prayer, the mission committee knew what God was calling them to do; reach out into the community and profess his love to those willing to listen and go beyond our normal to make a greater impact to those around us. This is how the food pantry began.  Even though we are just getting started, the importance is evident. The work of the Lord will continue for as long as we are called to do so.

Second Presbyterian Food Distribution is on the second Saturday of each month.  It is open from 10 am to 12 pm. Non registered families are welcome to Walk In at 11:30 am.

One registration per household.  The program is available to families in the following zip code: 18640, Pittston City, Jenkins Twp, Pittston Twp, Hughestown, Yatesville, Inkerman & Port Griffith
